Advantages:

все отлично. дом очень хорошего уровня, дистанционное заселение, понятные инструкции. рядом спар, много спальных мест. в квартире чисто, вся техника рабочая и посуды достаточно. нам всё понравилось. парковка вокруг дома, места для машины всегда были.
