Advantages:

Удобно расположено. На машине можно в любую сторону. Цена более-менее адекватная для такого места. Нету завтраков - хотя вывеска кафе есть, но не работает.

Disadvantages:

При входе накурено. В номере было что-то разлито и видимо не просушено толком - пахнет затхлым. Сильно скрипят полы )) утром по коридору ходят как у тебя в номере.
